I believe 99.9% of everyone only wants the best for their families and themselves. Why do we have so many problems today? 

I would ask each of you to stop the next time you tell yourself even a little 'white' lie. A great example is when you drop something by accident many people will just say to themselves ” I'm an idiot”. You are not! Those self telling lies that everyone says to themselves at some point during their life has a big effect on our behavior. I feel strongly that we need to be aware of the reality around us and part of that reality is that everyone is a 'good' person if they want to be AND behave that way. When we want our children to have it better that we had it (life) we need to understand that our consumerism (spending or buy things only to have them) is part of the way we are destroying our planet (therefore our children will have less of a place to live). This is a practical way of looking at the world because doing things to help our environment are NOT expensive when compared with how much it will cost to clean up the mess afterwards.
